Wild animals are generally not a problem that the majority of people will experience, but from time to time they can find their way near or into a domestic or commercial property, and they aren't usually very good housemates. Signs of wild animals being present can often be feces or the stains from their urine, along with the sounds that they make while they are moving around, and they will usually be in the spaces where people don't normally access. We have had years of experience in helping people and businesses to deal with a pest animal problem, so give our team a call and see how we can help. Our technicians are usually available to be able to visit your property within 24 hours, or at a time convenient to you. They will then thoroughly examine the area where you have seen signs of animal activity, along with the rest of the premises so they can identify the extent of the infestation, and they will then give you a quote and explain how they will propose to remove the animals. As a wildlife removal company we don't use any dangerous poisons or chemicals around your home, and all our technicians are trained to the highest standards to be able to remove the animals in the most efficient way.

Atlanta Wildlife Trapper Tip of the Month:
Groundhog Predators
Groundhogs are one of the members that you can find in squirrel families. You will be able to discover six different groundhog varieties living out there in the world. They have become a nuisance to people because of their habit to invade crops and lead people towards hassle. In fact, people who are living in areas where there is a high groundhog population are struggling to keep their vegetable gardens. The groundhogs come and destroy the vegetable gardens along with other landscape plants that they see.
You can discover numerous predators for groundhogs who live out there in the world. Among those predators, coyotes, foxes and hawks have received a lot of attention. On the other hand, human beings are posing a massive threat to the groundhogs as well.
By nature, groundhogs are slow runners. Due to the same reason, we can often see how groundhogs are being subjected to the prey of numerous animals. As they cannot run fast, they find it as a difficult task to ensure their protection at all times.
It has also been identified that automobiles are responsible for killing a large number of groundhogs per year as well. This is because the groundhogs are slow and they cannot cross the roads fast when they see a vehicle approaching them.
The groundhogs who are living inside woods are capable of living for a duration of up to six years. However, the average lifespan of groundhogs is limited to two to three years, especially in the urban areas. The threats that they have to face as we discussed above is the main reason why they fail to ensure their survival in the urban areas.
In the urban areas, both mid-sized dogs and large-sized dogs of certain breeds are known for killing groundhogs. The predators of these groundhogs are mainly coming from Northern America. They include foxes, bobcats, badgers and coyotes. You will notice that most of these predators are capable of working as successful stealth stalkers. Therefore, they have the ability to catch groundhogs in a surprising manner. They don’t leave any space for the groundhogs to get into their burrows.
The larger predators of groundhogs include eastern cougars and predators. Along with that, you can also think about including the hunting dogs into this category as well. They are known for killing lots of groundhogs who are living inside Canada.
Groundhogs are never safe from birds as well. A large number of groundhogs are killed by Golden eagles. Likewise, birds such as owls are known for preying on groundhogs as well. The groundhogs who are killed during the night time mainly become prey of owls. The younger groundhogs are usually being killed by timber rattlesnakes, cats and mustelids.
As you can see, the lives of groundhogs are threatened by numerous factors. Due to all these threats, they are not capable of living for a longer period of time. They are often being killed by these predators.
